One thing we sadly don’t have in the mountains is this beautiful, hour-long golden hour light. We get a really tiny window of a golden hour in Colorado before the sun dips behind the mountains and then we have this soft blue hour for a while.

I always do my best to take advantage of the light, and the beaches in Florida just make it SO easy. I love these photos of this beautiful family. Fun fact - one of the daughters announced her pregnancy during the shoot, that’s what the shocked faces are :)

Although I love all of the images, my absolute favorites are of the girls playing together. I adore photos that capture the joy and wonder of childhood - and I feel like these do just that. ♡
